Utility Prep and Delivery

Kilroy's Sandwich Factory is looking for potential team members with experience in a fast paced food service environment.

Duties include:
Taking telephone orders, deliveries, food prep, cleaning, light data entry and customer interaction.

Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish - English), clean DMV record with a minimum of 5 yrs. driving experience, ability to drive company vehicles with manual transmission (shift stick), food prep experience and good listening/communication skills.

Production Manager

To facilitate our growth, Kilroy's is looking for a "Can Do Leader" with experience in the food industry to be part of our Management Team.

Responsibilities/Duties:
Oversee production team to insure the following:

• Product freshness, safety, sanitation and consistency.
• Order accuracy (100% Goal).
• On time delivery (100% Goal).
• Monitor and achieve company goals for payroll, food cost and controllable expenses.
• Contribute in the planning implementation processes to achieve our Mission "To become the #1 provider of boxed lunches in California, Nevada and Arizona".

Requirements:

• Good listening/communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish - English).
• Clean DMV record with a minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
• Minimum of 3 yrs. experience/food prep.
• Minimum of 3 yrs. management experience with a good understanding of "Servant Leadership".
• Basic computer skills (data entry, excel).
• Flexible schedule to meet customer demand.
• Ability to lead efficiently in fast paced environment.
